Update: We are no longer a local language exchange community but we have become one of the largest international online language learning community with more than 3000 participants and four languages.

Learning a language has never been easier. Have you been learning Spanish or English for a while and now looking for a safe environment to practice your conversation skills? We have many opportunities for you to do just that.
We will be hosting virtual meetings twice every week on Friday and Saturday. We will start off with a casual introduction in English and then will go on to speak on various topics.
We will start the main conversation in Spanish and will switch between Spanish ans English every 15-20 minutes.
All levels are welcome. Even if you’re a absolute beginner, you can join and practice your listening skills and try to speak a little bit. We do not judge and we do not shy either, we make mistakes and keep learning.
All our meetings are free to join. It is mandatory to RSVP.

(Updates) We successfully organized our first online event!

We did a test run of our language exchange event yesterday, and it went really well. We had eight attendees from different countries. We were amazed to see few Spanish learners from Kathmandu, Nepal. We also had few learners from India, USA, Spain, Mexico and Israel.
We started off with introduction in English and then we split up into few breakout rooms (Zoom) to have focused conversation. We switched between Spanish and English every 15-20 minutes.
We love Zoom’s breakout room feature, it’s very useful. It helps us to split the large group into few smaller groups so that everyone can get the opportunity to speak and participate in the conversation.
We are so excited for our first official meetup tomorrow. Watch this space for more updates, we’ll keep updating our progress.

We hosted our first official virtual meeting on Friday and second one on Saturday. We had about thirty attendees in the first event and more than seventy five attendees in the second meeting. Which made it one of the largest free online language events of India.
People from more than ten countries joined our free events, which also made us one of the largest international foreign language event organizers in India.
The event was supposed to be for 45-60 minutes only. However, we saw that most of the attendees didn’t want to leave, so we kept the meeting on for two hours.

We hosted three more events last week. Two events were for beginners and one for intermediates. However, we had language learners of all the levels. And we had more than 250 RSVPs in total and more than 180 people attended the events. It was so huge and surprising for us.

It’s been more than six month that we started this online language events. We have already hosted more than a hundred events with an average of 50-70 participates in each event.
We have grown to a group of more than three thousand unique language learners. Some of them are very regular and some of them participate once or twice a month.
